Run, jog or walk! This is an exciting introduction to orienteering, as part of Love Parks Week 2018. There'll be several courses for runners, families, children and newcomers of all ages and abilities. No experience necessary; come and give it a go! Plenty of help available.

New to orienteering? It's a race with no set route - you have to find your own way around the course, using a detailed orienteering map of the parkland to find a series of checkpoints. Run, jog or just go at your own pace, there'll be courses for all ages and abilities - including runners, families and children. Electronic chip timing is used (we'll lend you a timing chip to register each checkpoint).

Organised by Thames Valley Orienteering Club - it's entry on the day, so just turn up any time between 10:00 and 11:30. Courses close at 13:00. More info is on our website or find us on Facebook at www.facebook.com/tvoclub.

£6.00 for adults and groups; £2.00 for solo juniors.
